While Claire and Chane don't make any direct appearance in 2002, through the coversation between their two great grandchildren and Claire's childhood friend Firo Prochainezo, we learn some extremely amusing facts about the couple's life style after marriage.

Caribbean Adventure

Firo meets Claire and Chane's two great grandchildren, Claudia and Charon, while on board cruise ship Entrance.

• Firo: So how are your great grandparents? As energetic as ever, I assume?
• Claudia: Yep! Great grandma's doing well, and great grandpa Felix is looking for pirate swords as a present for her - he's trying to pull up a ship at Caribbean Sea as we speak.
• Firo: Claire you bastard, the hell are you doing past 90 years old?

Point one: Claire and Chane have not become Immortals. Point two: they're as crazily in love (!?) as ever. Point three: don't they just make you smile?
